COPPER PIPE PRINTING
Materials such as paper, thin metal, PE, OPP, MPET, PET are printed with steel shaft (the surface of the shaft is coated with thin copper layer) and solvent-based ink. The printed element will be engraved onto the copper layer surface. Ink is fed onto the surface of the print plate and then overflows into the indents of the print element. The ink wiper will remove excess ink from the surface of the print plate.
Our gravure printers can produce products that print up to 8 colors at speeds up to 300m / min. Thanks to modern printer technology and skilled technical team, we always create high quality packaging products in the fastest time.
UV PRINTING - FLEXO
Materials such as paper, thin metal, PE, OPP, MPET, PET ... is in on a ... Photopolymer and UV ink (environmentally friendly because the ink has no solvents). The clear metal is upgraded thanks to anilox (a metal type, on the surface is engraved with many small cells). During the printing process, partially immersed in the trough, the ink will fall into the box on the surface, the ink on the surface will be brushed off by the knife. Thanks to the machine's vertical resolution and horizontal height, we guarantee the image quality.
We have 4-color, 6-color Flexo system calculator with speeds up to 200m / min.
